This is so cute. The packaging box was adequate all the pieces were included with no damage. The battery compartment is safely closed with a screw and requires 2 A batteries. Upon receiving I put batteries in and turned on the switch it did not work. I tried other batteries and it still did not work. Then my cat came and knocked it over and it suddenly started working and I was so happy. The stairs light up and it plays a cute tune. There was no directions but it is easily figured out by looking at the picture of the advertised toy. The toy does contain small parts and is not intended for a baby to use as the ducks are a choking hazard. But I will put this on the dresser in my grandsons room so he can watch it from a safe distance until he is old enough to play with it independently. Thank you so much seller. I have not seen one of these toys for many years that is affordable. The service was also very quick to the U.S. so I thank you. I am very satisfied and i recommend.
